Our process of custom transforming repurposed shipping containers into useful, efficient and sustainable structures is both environmentally responsible and practical. Shipping containers are extremely strong and durable with an indefinite lifespan. Our structures are designed and engineered to meet city and state building codes as well as conform to California building standards. In addition, the building is equipment with two 24" x 24" windows, tape and textured walls and ceiling, R-30 ceiling and R-19 walls. The HVAC system in these buildings is the Mitsubishi split system the unit is highly efficient and has an estimated 30-year lifespan. ( 9000 BTU )
