I am looking for a new home for my fully restored Fleetwood prowler vintage travel trailer. I have owned it for 6 years and have previously used as a living space. I am now in an apartment and she is too pretty to sit on the driveway! I have fully renovated her inside and out and she is a one of a kind beast. At 17x8 ft, she is small but has an excellent layout inside which utilizes the space. Inside there is a single bed at the bottom which pulls out to a double if you prefer, above the bed is another single bunk or a large storage space. There is a small kitchen with fridge and stove/oven. Next to this is a shower with two shower heads or can be used as a wardrobe. There is a large seated space that i have converted to a C shaped lounge with a small live edge cherry wood coffee table. The trailer is run off of solar, propane and a tiny wood stove for heat. It can be hooked up to a water spigot and run hot water from an instant water heater (shower and sink). It is decorated like a desert dream and has numerous creative touches such as quirky tiles, imbedded found objects, working disco ball, and funky woodwork. Most of the wood i added is luxurious redwood and all other wood is original from the trailer which has been restored. Below is list of details of what has been restored.

Outside (Professionally restored)

-Sides were removed and structure was rebuilt on some of the older wood.
-Thick insulation was added to all walls and roof.
-Roof structure was rebuilt so that 1-2 people can sit on top and it makes for easier cleaning and roof maintenance.
-New roof has been installed with novatuff epoxy resin and fabric (novatuff.com) and edges have been reinforced with flexseal.
-All new side trim which has been custom fitted and caulked for no leaks
-Ladder installed on the back
-Custom wooden front door with stained glass window
-Custom wood window frames
-Brakes and lights were all redone when i first purchased in 2019.
-Tires were changed in 2020, comes also with a spare tire.
-3 new windows installed.
-Renogy solar system with 2 deep cycle batteries, 2 solar panels (2x100 watt with space for a third on the roof if you wanted to add one) and 3000 watt invertor (runs a blender).
-2 pallet planter boxes under the front windows with lavender and flowers.
-Vintage amber lamp
-New gas regulator and hoses
-Trailer ball lock

Inside
-All paint was stripped back to the original wood from 1972.
-Older wood floor
-Custom tiny wood stove for heat (cubic mini wood stove). Comes with a lot of extra wood.
-New paint inside
-Single bed with mattress.
-Original fridge
-Teal vintage stove, oven and sink.
-Unique tiled kitchen with woodwork design
-Shower with two heads (one removable which is good for pets) or large wardrobe (removable clothes poles)
-Lounge area with burnt orange velvet cushions unique mudcloth and leather handmade pillows and a live edge table (Seats turn into a guest bed)
-Lots of cupboards and storage space
-Large wooden mosaic
-Small wooden side table with mosaic
-Working electric disco ball
-Original vintage light fixtures
-Creative details such as velvet painting and other found object picture frames
-Brass wine racks and brass urn for fireplace ash
