GREAT BAYFRONT VACATION HOME WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW! You'll surely enjoy the spectacular view every single day! There's a private boat ramp right by the property (built by the original owner of the home), where you can take your boat down and visit The Old Mill Hotel (also a restaurant and sportfishing center) located across the bay! Going further down the bay, you can reach deeper waters and catch all sorts of fish such as Halibut, Red Snappers, Cod, etc! You can also find clams, octopus, oysters, etc. in the rocks near the property's area of the bay - making it unique as these cannot be found in any other spot of the bay!

U.S. GATED COMMUNITY! The community is mainly conformed of retired folks from the U.S. The community is gated and private property

GREAT FOR PARTIES & CELEBRATIONS! The home has a fun bar where you can sit down with your friends and have a drink or two!
