⢠Each of these services could make or save you THOUSANDS.!! The realtors use the people they know for services like inspections. Using someone from the outside looking in who has you and your families best interest in mind will be the best way for you to proceed, whether it is myself or another skilled eye. I have been in this industry my entire life and I am aware of how all of that âfriend of a friend politics worksâ and I am not apart of that way. I know exactly where to look and what to look for, which will save you THOUSANDS in either purchase or sale costs. I will confidently say it is not IF-thereâs something, there IS-ALWAYS-something.! Even if you personally have been in the home for several years, there IS-something that you can fix now before the sale, so the buyer doesnât try to knock off $10k or whatever number they throw at the wall and hope it sticks, when the repair itself would of been $2k or less etc... I want to take a moment to reiterate, Using a realtor who is an acquaintance of a friend of a friend etcâŚor âsomeone you know that knows of a realtor and the realtor happens to know of an inspectorâ etc⌠in my experience always goes somewhat sideways, so please use the banks person but also use someone who is not âpaidâ by the bank or realtor company that has the heart of a teacher. If you happen to call me I will be sure to give your home a thorough inspection and make a detailed list and explanation of what the findings are.
