1 Master bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath unit available starting Jan 1st! FEMALES ONLY PLEASE! You will be sharing the unit with another person, a female. I unfortunately have to move out of state due to unfortunate circumstances and am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease. Its an 18 month lease will 10 months left on it starting Jan 1st. You are available to move in starting end of December and the rent for December is already paid, so you would start paying Jan. 1st. The unit is located at Broadway Towers in Downtown San diego with washer & dryer in unit. We will have to sign to replace me on the lease so please reach out if you are interested and we can talk! I can send pictures of the room empty once I move everything out 💚 Your part of rent would be 1700 plus half of utilities.
