I am a 38-year-old professional woman looking for a roommate to share a beach house in Imperial Beach. The house is a ½ block from the beach and has ocean views from the shared balcony. Available NOW!
The cost of $1,500 includes a private bedroom and bathroom downstairs with a separate entrance to the house. Deposit would be the same as the rent $1,500.
The shared kitchen and living room are upstairs. The master suite where I live is also upstairs. There is a two-car garage and a shared library/office space downstairs as well.
I am a teacher with a small dog looking for a chill working professional(s) who respects personal space and cleanliness. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis per the owner of the property. Utilities, internet, etc. would all be shared. The lease for this property is up in June, but I am hoping to find a roommate who wants to re-sign with me to stay another year.
