I am looking to rent out two room in my current home. I live in a two-story house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All utilities are included: Water, gas/electric, and Wi-Fi. The room is located on the second floor, you will have your own private bathroom which is $1200, and the second room is $850 which is smaller and doesn’t have its own bathroom. We have carpet upstairs, so you must remove your shoes. We are located right off the 805 freeway, off of Orange Ave. (literally off the freeway). The house has a gated front and back yard. It has a garage, where I will allow you to store a few things. Absolutely, NO SMOKING in the home.

About us, I'm a single mother going through a divorce, living with my two boys (5 & 16 years old). I'm a full-time student, with a small business and a part-time job. I'm very strong-minded and looking to live a peaceful life with my roommates. So please, no one with a bad attitude or a stuck-up personality. I love listening to music and BBQing on the weekends. I'm a Mexican.

Requirements:
Must have a Full-time job, No exceptions!
There will be a background check, just making sure you're not a psycho. Not worried about minor things.
Must pass the Vibe check!! :)
I may consider your pet, depending on what it is.
Must be a clean person, no stinky people.
You may have visitors, but no randoms or crazy sleepovers.
Rent must be on Time!
To move in, First month's Rent and Deposit, same as rent.
Sign a month-to-month lease.
Have at least five references, Family & Friends.

Other than that, let's have a good time and live in peace. I hope to gain not only a new roommate but also a new friend! God Bless
