Excellent location in the Millenia Planned Community. The community has endless trails for biking, running, tennis/pickle ball courts, parks, shopping, dining, a gym, and a few yoga studios. Easy access to the 225 Express Bus to Downtown (1 block away).
Room can be furnished or unfurnished. I have a futon as shown in the picture or a queen size bedframe you can use (you would need to buy a mattress for the bedframe) .
Considerate, quiet, clean male looking for a roommate who is also mindful of others. I am 50% introvert and 50% extrovert so I’m usually adaptable to those who are outgoing or more quiet. I am keen on having a very positive vibe in the home so the first step would be a zoom call so we can learn a bit about each other.
Room is available immediately, but I am willing to wait for a couple of months for the right roommate if they are planning ahead and still in a lease.
