LOCATION: North Chula Vista residential neighborhood, 8 miles to downtown San Diego, 5 miles to 32nd Street Naval Station (the Base) near 805 and 54 off E St. Near Plaza Bonita, Chula Vista Center, Starbucks and downtown Third Avenue Village Streetscape.
ROOM AND HOUSE: Room (14 x 10) has private entrance, own bath, walk-in closet, ceiling light/fan, LVP flooring. Kitchen use, laundry convenience, WiFi. One-story, 3500 sq. ft. house, with energy efficient double-pane windows, well-maintained common areas with cleaning lady and gardener visits. My husband and I pay fixed utilities and we cover a large portion of water and SDGE-gas to encourage conserving on bills based on consumption. Garage storage not provided.
RENT INCLUDES: SDGE-electric and other utilities included, except for bimonthly water and SDGE-gas, which is shared to encourage water conservation, though we pay the bulk of water and SDGE-gas. WiFi in room and throughout house, kitchen and washer/dryer convenience.
TERMS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: Month-to-month rental agreement. Security deposit is equal month's rent and is returned if room is released in same condition, such as damage free, clean and clear of belongings with a 30-day Notice submitted.
