I have an available Private Casita tucked away with it's own private entrance and gate. It has a very spacious living room as you walk in along with a small kitchenette, separate master bedroom with a huge window overlooking rolling hills and amazing sunrise and sunsets every day. It has 2 full sized closets, newly renovated full bathroom, cabinets are upgraded and the whole casita has just been freshly painted. It's like having your own apt to yourself with the luxury of having access to the rest of the house which is also fully upgraded. My tenants that stay in the casita stay for several years.
As for the home, the whole house has wood floors with all new furniture and shutters. The backyard is spacious with running trails galore. We also bbq and grill a lot during the weekend with no neighbors behind us so the view is unobscured.
