We’re renting our previous granny room with bathroom which we built in our backyard. The room is in the furthest part of our backyard, surrounded by a vine that provides privacy and you get to enjoy a cute, shaded patio, also fenced by the vine.
It has a private entrance through the side of the house and around our backyard.
The main house is occupied by my wife, our 2 yr old grandson and I. We're both retired. We don't have big noisy family reunions or parties all the time. Maybe twice a year. We don't drink or anything of the sort. We do work on the garden and play with our grandson in the backyard a lot, so you may see us when you're going in or out, that's all.
Other than that we don't see or hear you and you don't see or hear us. The room was built soundproof.
We're just one block south of Palomar and west to 805. There's a bus stop one block away on Palomar and 805
The room is furnished in the picture, but it is rented UNfurnished. You only get the refrigerator and microwave you see in the pictures.
Room is 10 X 12 feet and bathroom is 10’ x 4’ feet, very roomy!
There’s no kitchen! You can use the small fridge and microwave. Therefore, if you really must cook a lot, this may not be for you.
There's a large utility sink right outside your room for washing of dishes or clothes in case you need it. Therefore, if you really must cook a lot, this may not be for you.
This is rather the perfect place for someone who travels for work and may not stay here every-day.
