We’re looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our office in Otay Mesa. You’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly by handling paperwork, communicating with drivers and customers, and supporting the office team. Experience with QuickBooks and general accounting is a big plus.
Main Duties
• Answer phones and emails
• Create and manage data for billing, invoices, and payments in QuickBooks
• Assist management with general office coordination and tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Previous office or administrative experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 9am-2pm.
