Presently, we are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. Crucial to this role is the ability to interact with fellow staff and customer base at all levels, anticipate needs and excel in a fast paced environment. You must be able to work well under pressure as well as ensuring the confidentiality of information. You will need to exercise sound judgment while creating and maintaining a favorable image of the company.
The successful candidate will:
Minimum 5 years experience (or Bachelor's Degree)

Previous experience in B2B business environment
Experience in planning executive travel

Excellent Decision Making Skills
Preferred Experience includes:
CRM Software - Maintaining a calendar of activities, and events
Maintaining sales reports
Data Entry experience
Type 65WPM plus
Important skills include:
Demonstrated ability to understand priorities
Experience coordinating travel and preparing expense reports
Experience maintaining files and records including hard copy and electronic
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with frequent interruptions
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and clientele
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday. No calls please. All questions will be answered during interviews.
