Complete pre-hung door frame with magnetic weather strips, can be used as a normal weather strip, but if you have a metal door, all the better. Also has aluminum threshold. Has pre-cut hinges and knob holes with a dead bolt holes cut in standard locations. I used the door that came with this, but did not want to replace the stucco edge. Just the parts to mPre-hung door frameake this whole frame would be over $100 plus the threshold!
