Local real estate company is looking for a general contractor, project manager, handyman, or skilled tradesperson to knock out a variety of small jobs to finish up a house flip.
The list includes:
1. Install one missing plank of LVP flooring, and half a stick of baseboard.
2. There’s four doors that won’t fully close, and need to be planed / shaved down. The planer is on site.
3. A 4‘ x 6‘ area of the kitchen ceiling needs to be skim coated, textured, and re-painted.
4. The shower faucet handle needs to be tightened.
5. The entry stairs needs one more piece of wood added.
6. Install an anti-tip bracket for the gas stove.
7. There’s a couple pieces of exterior trim and skirting that need to be installed. Must have pin nail gun.
8. Some parts of the floors are uneven and need “fix a floor” filler shot into the space between the LVP and the subfloor. See photo.
Plus a couple other small tasks, like mounting the mailbox, etc. If you are interested in the job please reply with:
1. Your name and phone number?
2. What part of San Diego county do you live in?
3. Describe your experience as a handyman or skilled tradesmen.
Specifically what kind of work you typically do, whether it’s carpentry, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, drywall tile setting, or other?
I’ll reply by text or phone call with more information. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
