JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are in search of an experienced FULL TIME (including weekends) day porter / janitor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in detailed janitorial / day porter cleaning.
JOB DUTIES:
Day Porters are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of an apartment complex, with cleaning duties that include cleaning of common areas, model apartments, fitness center, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, office, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
In order to succeed in this position, the candidates MUST possess the below qualities:
* 3 years previous janitorial/day porter experience!
* attention to detail and be a self-starter!
* a strong work ethic and job maturity!
* be extremely dependable!
* a professional appearance!
* reliable transportation!
* ability to speak English in order to communicate with office and maintenance staff!
