We are a growing home care agency seeking a dependable and organized Office Manager / Staffing Coordinator / HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the home care field, strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for helping clients and caregivers.
Handle incoming client and caregiver calls with professionalism and compassion
Coordinate caregiver schedules and fill open shifts quickly and efficiently
Support HR functions, including new hire onboarding, documentation, and compliance
Maintain accurate employee and client records
Assist with payroll preparation and timesheet tracking
Communicate effectively with management, caregivers, and clients
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
✅ Qualifications:
Experience in home care or healthcare staffing required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with good computer and phone skills
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
💼 Schedule & Pay:
Part time position, Monday–Friday
Pay depends on experience
