The entire vacuum and all parts and accessories were just fully cleaned, steam cleaned, and disinfected. We installed a brand new HEPA filter. The entire brushroll housing, brushroll, and internal components of the powerhead were completely disassembled - washed and lubricated.
It comes with all accessories shown.
