We are looking for a professional Food Runner to join our fine-dining service team. You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver each dish with precision and help convey the chef’s vision to every guest. The ideal candidate is articulate, attentive, and experienced in a refined dining environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the chef to learn each dish’s ingredients, preparation, and presentation.
Deliver plates promptly and clearly explain each dish to guests.
Maintain smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Ensure each course is served at the proper temperature and presentation standard.
Support the dining room team by clearing, resetting, and maintaining flow.
Uphold professional appearance and white-linen service etiquette.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in fine dining or a white-linen restaurant required.
Strong communication and guest-interaction skills.
Knowledge of culinary terminology and refined service standards.
Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced setting.
Passion for hospitality and the culinary arts.
