Well established, family owned, fast pace Hawaiian restaurant seeking an experience Line Cook to fill a vacancy. The ideal candidate must be available to work morning, evenings and weekends. Employer will provide a set schedule.
Responsibilities :
* Cooking and preparing menu items.
* Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products.
* Participate in food preparation and portioning.
* Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment including rotation or food products for freshness,
* Take pride in preparation and presentation of menu items being served.
Requirements :
* Be able to operate basic kitchen equipment such as knives, stoves, oven and grill presses.
* Good communication skills.
* Team player.
* Follow instructions.
* Able to work under pressure.
