I bought this when I had a friends dog staying with me so that I didn't have to vacuum. It worked great, but then I moved and got thick rugs, so I can't run it as I'm leaving the house as I did before. This is because the rugs are "high pile" and the vacuum won't work on that kind of rug.
Anyways, it has an app and you can run it from your phone and it re-docks itself, so it will recharge for the next use.
Works GREAT if you have pets!
