Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and professional Customer Service Driver to join our hydraulics company. This role combines safe and timely delivery of hydraulic components with excellent customer service and hands-on support in our warehouse and front counter operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of driving experience, a valid California Driver’s License with a clean record, and the ability to work closely with both customers and team members.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Driving & Deliveries
•Safely operate company vehicles (F-350 flatbed, F-150, Maverick) for deliveries and pickups.
•Load and unload hydraulic components (up to 50 lbs).
•Ensure accuracy of deliveries and provide friendly, professional customer service at each stop.
•Maintain accurate logs of mileage and fuel usage.
Customer Service & Warehouse Support
•Represent the company with professionalism and clear communication at all times.
•Assist customers at the front counter with loading/unloading hydraulic components.
•Check in and tag equipment.
•Support with cutting hydraulic hoses when needed.
•Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment (sweeping, emptying trash, general housekeeping).
Qualifications:
•Valid California Driver’s License (required).
•Minimum 5 years of driving experience with a good driving record.
•No recent accidents or major violations.
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
•Forklift experience preferred (but not required).
•Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred, but not required.
•Basic computer knowledge.
•Must pass background check and drug screening.
Work Environment:
•Fast-paced, customer-focused hydraulic supply company.
•Combination of driving, warehouse, and customer-facing duties.
•Reports directly to the Front Counter Manager.
