This is a used hard cover fifth edition circa 1964. The dust jacket shows some wear along with some wear on the very bottom and top of the spine, the rest of the cover is in great shape. The pages are in mint condition. I am the original owner (got it as a child).
The full title is "The Golden Book of the Civil War", it is a book meant for young readers.
