Summer is gone, but the fun continues thru the Fall and Winter! I'm looking for people to crew a simple 22" Hunter sailboat on the weekends. This is a great opportunity for a beginner. I enjoy recreational sailing in the South Bay on the weekends. However, I do not enjoy doing it single handed (alone). Having help is safer. You should be able to assist in casting off and docking (very simple). The rest is sun and fun! Trips last between 2-4 hours depending on the wind and weather. We depart from the Chula Vista J Street Marina Gate #3 (park your car on the street and walk to Gate #3. If you are interested, please send me a message with your name and contact information. I usually set up the schedule on Friday for the "weekend". Depending on each weekend's circumstances, we will sail on Saturday and/or Sunday (departing at 10am). Our trips will take us north to the Coronado Bridge and back. Drop me a message if you are interested. All I ask is that you provide some healthy snacks and beverages. Sunscreen, light jacket and hats are always recommended. Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers!
