We are seeking an experienced real estate minded individual who is able to navigate and support us during a complex project.
Funds are eminent. We are moving forward.
We will be making offers on several large properties, then some others in the Desert.
This development project will include the purchase of several large parcels and developing a golf course and fine-finish custom home subdivision. We plan to be building and selling close to a thousand very high-end residential properties.
This position will support our realtor who we are still looking to hire. We have several very experienced realtors on our team but have yet to decide.
We currently have a 300 acre parcel and will be doubling it by purchasing the surrounding agricultural lots.
We have been told that this is a good position for a senior semi-retired realtor.
