-Delivery includes parking at your campsite
-Set-up, leveling the trailer, put down stabilizing jacks, hook up electric and water, turn on propane and water heater, the fridge will be cold but I will also start it. Training on everything else will be provided.
-Pickup, I will do the opposite.

FREE dump service, FREE full fresh water, and FREE 5 gal propane, FREE operational training, 2 rolls of TP (the good stuff), 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dust pan and broom, trash can + bags! I know what your thinking.... If it's FREE, it's for me! Right?
Flexible pick up/drop off times any where between 6am-9pm.- No pressure! Just take it easy and get home safe and of course- no hidden late charges-

Trailer features plenty of freshwater onboard to make your trip last. Can't decide about renting a toy hauler or travel trailer? The advantage of a toy hauler is it has much larger fresh water capacity. Most people don't realize water storage quantity is the main factor in how long you can camp when your not on a city water hookup. This has plenty to wash your high-knee.

120gal Freshwater- Full
6gal propane hot water
60gal Gray- Empty
30gal Black- Flushed and treated to be orange citrus fresh!
And when that sad day comes when you have to come back home, you won't have to stop and dump the gray and black tanks, I'll get the neighbors kid to do it!
Great for desert, beach, wherever you want to escape or...
to hell with the HOA and park it in your front yard for birthday parties and intoxicated guests!
