A rental space can be included with the purchase of the trailer for $900/month. Please ask if you are interested in a living situation and I will get you in contact with the landlord. It's in a beautiful location under oak trees in the shade.
Registration on trailer is current.
What works: dual propane/electric refrigerator/freezer, AC, heater, oven, stove, hot water heater, all electrical, slide out.
What needs repair: microwave, awning. needs a new couch (it's really dirty)
Roof was sealed a year ago, but needs touch ups. Trailer has some water damage.
