2003 Teton Home Experience 5th Wheel ALL SEASON 39’ foot 5th Wheel Trailer
This is an All Season Experience with white staircase (Staircase is not attached and is included with the trailer sale)
Living room has two swivel seating chairs with one that opens up to put your feet up the other has a foot bench. The couch makes up to a double/queen bed.
TV not included, broke and removed
Dining room with round wood table and four chairs
Amana side by side freezer/refrigerator
Propane for stove and heater - includes two tall propane tanks in the front of the 5th wheel which one is full the other 3/4 full
Washer and Dryer in the upstairs master bedroom, separate closet
At the top of the stairs to the master bedroom at the right is the bathroom with a new RV toilet
at the left is a shower and tub combo.
Next to the bathroom at the right is a closet which houses a stackable washer and dryer
Comfortable king size bed with a blow up mattress for comfort control which can be pumped at either side of the bed with the controls.

Under the trailer storage is quite large and spacious as well as a large door that opens before walking up the stairs which I call the garage where one can store tools.
Large binder with individual booklets about the trailer are included
****Two A/C units one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs A/C works and pushes out cold air. The A/C sends cold air down into the living room.
Please note the living room A/C is not working. I have lowered the price of the trailer to accommodate the repair if you wish to repair it. I have used it without the A/C and only ran just the master bedroom which the trailer gets cold and the air circulates downstairs.

Title in hand and the DMV registration paid for June, 2026 good for one year.
No other needed repairs. Coach in moveable and livable condition.
(No TV’s come with the sale of the trailer. Inside contents, couch, two TV dinner wood stand up’s, coffee table, Fabric tall foot stool, two captain chairs and dining room with chairs remain).
