We are seeking a reliable and Blind & Shutter Installer to join our professional installation team. This position involves installing a variety of window treatments including blinds, shades, and shutters in residential homes.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, provides excellent customer service, and works well independently as well as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities:
Install blinds, shades, and shutters according to company standards
Complete installations efficiently while maintaining high quality
Provide professional, in-home customer service
Troubleshoot installation issues when necessary
Maintain organized tools and a clean work area
Qualifications:
Previous window covering installation experience is a plus but not necessary. Will train the right person
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Professional attitude and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Ability to lift 55+ lbs and work safely on ladders
Valid driver’s license
Be able to pass a background check
