If you are a certified or certificated Pilates instructor with experience on the mat, please contact me through craigslist.com. I would like to start with two 45-minute sessions a week and work my way up. I have a large garage where our exercise can take place.

I am service-connected for a variety of issues including Atypical Parkinsonism, from exposure to Agent Orange, which is the reason why I need to get exercising again. Please, your help is greatly needed and will be appreciated.
