This is the Apple Store top-of-line BTO professional production machine in excellent clean condition -- from adult no-pet no-smoking home -- minimal-internal-dust, no-scratches, no-dings, no-stains, no-stink.

HAS ONLY 771 HOURS ON IT -- 100 PERCENT HEALTH -- verified in DriveDX screenshot. Because this machine has its original factory Apple SSD installed -- DriveDX report also reflects the computer's run time. The 5K Retina screen has zero color fringing around the edges (fringing is a sign of moderate use) -- I have always profiled it on the dimmer side for calibrated color grading in Photoshop.
This is NOT A FUSION MODEL (3 percent SSD and 97 percent HDD) -- it is 100 percent original Apple NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD that sustains 2000 MBs READ and 1800 MBs WRITE SPEEDS.
I bought it to produce a monster 4-hour Final Cut to Blu-ray family documentary project -- I finished the project and don't need its powerful processing anymore -- it's just been sitting here on my desk barely used for the past two years.

I like these 2017 models because they boot into MOJAVE 10.14 to run my older Adobe CS6 software -- it will also run Sierra 10.12, High Sierra 10.13, Catalina 10.15, Big Sur 11, Monterey 12, Ventura 13.
It will come with macOS VENTURA 13.6.6 preinstalled. I just performed a final Erase and fresh install of 13.6.6 -- it is ready to go and needs a new home.
