House is in a cul-de-sac, 4 Km to Oceanside Pier and 5 Km to Oceanside Harbor
I-5 Highway is 3 Km and approx. 5 minutes’ drive
Studio has new tile flooring, new paint, new furniture , and brand new fully equipped kitchen
(NEW queen bed for one or 2 adults, all new linens) NO SMOKERS ALLOWED, SORRY AND NO PETS
Bathroom is double sink, large bathtub and separate shower stall adjacent
Studio comes with a large dining table and an antique French armoire for clothes’ storage
Kitchen has new butcher block wood countertop, new cabinets, new microwave oven, new refrigerator, coffee maker
All windows (4) and back entrance door have views to large garden facing East (towards sunrise)
Many Oceanside beaches nearby for long walks, swimming, and excellent surfing area (Oceanside especially picks up all swells , south, west, and northwest) ; we are also approx. 25 minutes from San Clemente / San Onofre famous State Park and approx. 10 minutes from Carlsbad and Encinitas Beaches (Leucadia, Moonlight Beach, Swami’s etc…)
Next exit south is Hwy 78 towards Escondido and San Diego Zoo Safari Park, approx. 30 miles
We are approx. 15 minutes from LEGOLAND.
Mission San Luis Rey is approx. 5 Km. from the house
Great restaurants in downtown Oceanside, also at Oceanside Harbor with views of the harbor, boats, and water ; also souvenir shops
Oceanside Harbor also has daily boat cruises, private boat rentals, power & electric, fishing expeditions, kayaks, SUP’s, and Jet Skis for rent
Nearby (5 minutes) is Frazier Farms Supermarket who offer organic produce, fresh daily full salad bar, freshly prepared delicatessen dishes, fresh juices and coffer bar with indoor seating area, meats, fish, etc..since 1971
San Clemente is approx. 25 minutes going North on the 5.
