One huge semi furnished room in house with 2 married adults + their adult daughter and her partner in a separate casita. Shared full bathroom. Private access to room and to views and pool. Parking space. Safe, small neighborhood 3mi drive to town.

Ideal roommate:

Travel nurse or any professional needing a temporary 30-45 day stay.
Can definitely do short term.

Professional, female, working a 9-5 outside of the house.

Dachshund friendly, although he will not be near your side of the house.

Home is quiet and goes to sleep by 8pm. No parties. No guests coming / staying over without prior knowledge. No children.

We are relocating in 9 mo. Room is available Nov 1st to Dec 15th 2025, Jan 1st to Feb 15th, March 1 - April 15th 2026. 45 day increments.

Rate: weekly $500. Monthly $1500
