As our Cosmetic Coordinator, you will be in charge of facilitating patient appointments.

Candidates should be outgoing and extroverted and enjoy working with people. Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks a must.
Must be positive, poised, polished, professional, articulate, conscientious & detailed oriented. Must have solid experience and success utilizing various social media such as producing monthly eblasts utilizing Constant Contact, managing Facebook, Twitter, Realself, Google+, instagram & Hootsuite account.
Ideal candidate should be able to sincerely demonstrate empathy and compassionate while providing a stellar customer service experience for our patients
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for the Cosmetic cell phone
Greet patient in lobby
Escort patient to consultation room
Collect information from the patient
Present the patient to the doctor
Assist both the patient and the doctor during the appointment
Present estimates for injectables (e.g. Botox/fillers) and surgery
Follow-up with patients via phone and email to answer questions and schedule next appointments
Cross-train and assist with other duties over time
Very strong computer skills
Ability to type 50 wpm
Good at troubleshooting
MS Office proficient, EMR experience & inventory management
Must be able to write & speak utilizing appropriate spelling and grammar
Bilingual a plus
Previous experience in related industry/role necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous Cosmetic/Dermatology/Spa experience required
