Team:
CEO: Founder-led product, design, and early development (CS background, UCLA MBA, combat veteran).
COO: 10+ years in operations, hiring, sales, and logistics; managed a large distribution and delivery network.
Support: Ongoing relationship with an offshore developer contributing to development (cash + equity).
Funding:
Bootstrapped to date; operating with low burn. Focused on user growth and targeting angel raise after hitting initial user growth milestones.
Position:
Cofounder CTO: Owns architecture, technical roadmap, and hiring. Initially hands-on in Swift; transitions to team leadership as we scale.
Tech:
Swift + Firestore
Role Expectations & Compensation Terms:
Equity-only. Cofounder-level equity with standard vesting; scope and commitment dependent.
Prefer Southern California located developer for occasional in-person meetings
Swift experience highly desired
Experience with cross-platform or backend systems is a plus.
