Inside Sales Representative (Lead Chaser) (San Marcos)

Summary/Objective The role of the Inside Sales Representative is to assist the Sales Representative with all leads, lead process and heavy load calling.

Essential Functions

1. Develop a personal rapport with purchasing agents, superintendents, or new customers in order to sell our products and services for government, construction or event contracts depending on experience and classification

2. Call establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales

3. Solicit new business by utilizing industry lead tools and finding organic leads

4. Follow-up on quotes and respond to email quote requests in a prompt and professional manner

5. Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers

6. Adhere to the Company’s call Procedure/Protocol (See Phone Procedure)

7. Act as liaison between customers, field operations, and office personnel to resolve general inquires and issues

8. Attend regular sales department meetings and meet daily call count

9. Must have strong Customer/Client Focus, Communication Proficiency, and Ethical Conduct

10. Meet all Company Core Values: Service, Trust, Accountability, Respect, Safety (STARS)

Requirements & Physical Demands
Full time employees must be available weekends, holidays and all shifts based on customer & business needs
Bilingual in English/Spanish, Multitasker, excellent organization skills and confidentiality
Intermediate computer skills required for: MS Office and Tower
Requires prolonged sitting, standing and intermittent bending/squatting

Candidate must be organized & detail oriented
Must be able to handle high volume of outgoing calls
Experience is a plus
Must be local & familiar with Southern California geographical location
Must be able to web search & follow-up
