Refresh Exterior Property Care is a fast-growing Veteran-Owned exterior cleaning company serving San Diego County.
We specialize in:
• Window Cleaning
• Solar Panel Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning
• Exterior Property Services
We’re looking for motivated, confident, and competitive individuals who want to make real money knocking doors and booking jobs.
This is NOT an hourly “show up and collect a paycheck” job.
This is for people who are comfortable talking to homeowners, handling rejection, and getting paid for results.
💵 Compensation (Performance Pays)
This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential.
Earn 8% – 20% commission on every job you sell. (D.O.E.)
Typical jobs range from $250 – $800+
Example:
Sell 3 jobs in a day
→ $750 – $2,400 revenue generated
→ $75 – $480 commission earned that day
Top reps can make $800 – $1,500+ per week.
No cap.
The more you sell, the more you make.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Knocking doors in residential neighborhoods
• Introducing homeowners to our services
• Booking window, solar, and gutter cleaning appointments
• Representing the company professionally
• Generating new business and leads
This role is simple but not easy.
