RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SERVICE AND REPAIRS
Residential customers, I enjoy the look on their face when the Plumber before us couldn't solve the problem and they spent hours on it and we took care of the problem in 20 minutes! Commercial Service and Repairs is a favorite of ours. From repairing or replacing a floor drain to installing a 750 gal. Grease Trap, no job too small or too big! We get joy out of seeing the customers and the public's look on their faces when we efficiently take care of a major leak or a devastating sewer flood! I remember this classy restaurant where the chief and assistant were knee deep in sewage. The chef was in tears! We had the floor sinks draining within 15 minutes of our arrival! The chief made sure we had all the Prime Rib and Lobster we could eat!

SEWER AND DRAIN CLEANING
My very first plumbing job 35 years ago was with a company called Reddi Rooter. All this company did was Sewer and Drain cleaning, so they perfected the process! Other plumbing companies called us to open the tricky, hard to open drains that they could not open. I learned to be a specialist in this field. I've opened drains that Plumbers worked on for hours and could not open, which by the way took me about 15 minutes! Most Plumbing Companies today when having difficulties opening the drain, will try and sell you an expensive sewer or drain replacement because they do not know how to open it!
NEW CONSTRUCTION
It is always better to take the time out to do quality work and to do the work right the first time, than to run around in a hurry to answer the call of Production! Production! Production! I remember being on a construction site with a Track of million dollar homes. And the call was also: Production! Production! Production! So all the other Plumbers were working at a very fast pace trying to meet the production demand, but I was working at my normal steady pace. The Foreman even commented that I was too slow for this type of work! Well at the end of the work week when the water system was pressurized, those so called fast production Plumbers had a lot of leaks to deal with when I had none what so ever!
We have a unique system in coming up with a fair and honest bid for your project. This system is compiled into three phases:
This phase is a long and timely process of a detailed calculation of every foot of piping, every fitting and materials to be used. Then we try to estimate time down to the last hour including setting up the job and picking up material. This is called: "T and M."
The next phase in calculating a fair rate per fixture, i.e. toilet, lavy, shower/tub combo, kitchen sink, laundry and water heater. So that is (6) fixtures and we come up with a reasonable price for each fixture. This is called: "per fixture"
Our final phase is a basic one, what we do is conduct a marketing survey with the surrounding Plumbing Companies approximately a 20 mile radius. We come up with an average price of our similar projects, and then we mark it down 20% off. For one reason for that is we do not have the overhead cost as our competitors and we can pass the savings to you!
Then we take these three pricing techniques and average the best price possible for our Customers. We really appreciate our Customers so we go that extra mile to assure a fair and reasonable price, and still give a vast of quality work!
REMODELS AND ADDITIONS
In Remodels and Additions we use a combination of knowledge. Through out the "30 years of experience" that was for-mentioned, experiencing all phases of plumbing in the past, two comes to mind in this category. New Construction, and Service and Repairs. A New Construction Plumber has no problem installing the new plumbing up to code, but he may have difficulty connecting the new plumbing to the old existing plumbing. Or bringing in new sewer mains from the street. You may have to call in another Contractor. We have the experience to do it all!
