Does the rubbery stuff between your deck and pool coping look cracked and have gaps in it? Has your deck lifted on one side of the pool? You need to have your Mastic / Deck-O-Seal replaced and fast before rainy season returns and water gets in and causes major problems! The pool mastic (expansion joint) is flexible and allows for a bit movement and without it your tile, pool and concrete will crack causing very costly repairs.
We will come in and professionally replace your mastic at an affordable price. We first cut out the old mastic. We then pour in a sand backing to fill any gaps caused by movement of the ground over the years. Once we have a solid backing we will pour in the new mastic (available in grey or tan) and will then apply sand over the top to give it a clean natural finish leaving your pool beautified and protected!
