I am looking for someone to sublease my room at Avalon Vista, about 15 minutes away from CSUSM. Starting ASAP and ending 06/27/26 (but can be shorter). Private room with a shared bathroom with one other girl. It will be 2 other female students from CSUSM, they are both super clean and fun girls so we are looking for another female around 18-26 preferably but we are flexible. Rent is $1,000 plus utilities. You get a designated parking spot and there is a big pool, hot tub, fitness center, grills, and outdoor dining areas. There is also a patio attached with a big storage closet.
