Hi Two roomates are moving out to get their own place in December. the Smaller room will be avalible Dec 8 and the other Dec 20 The house is clean, relaxed and calm and safe.
no Drugs, no Pets, no Drama. You get one laundry day per week for free onsite. You get half a fridge and kitchen shelf.
The bathroom is on a chore chart. Each of 3 tenants to share the bathroom is on to clean once every third week. I am open to men or women at this point if you are ok to share this bathroom. (previously it was 3 males but 2 are moving so I am open to females ) Easy stree parking in safe neightborhood.
