We have one furnished room becoming available Sept. 7th for short or long term, in Home on beautiful estate grounds.  The home is owned by a musician and is a destination recording studio. On the grounds of the property, there is a separate building that contains a video production and recording studio.  the studio is available for use by those that are living here for rehearsal and recording when not being used by the owner. The home is located on a private road, 1 mile off of Gopher Canyon Road. It is only 15 minutes from California State San Marcos. It’s a perfect place for musicians, artists, writers, we are only 15 minutes from Cal State San Marcos, and about 20 minutes from Miracosta, so also a great place for students as long as they are over 21.
