The garage has a washer and dryer. Parking is on the driveway. There are two long-time resident dogs on the property, so you must be pet friendly. Before moving in, you will meet them.
The rent includes utilities (gas, electric, trash, water, WiFi) EXCEPT phone. There is a non-refundable application fee of $40 for credit, background check, and landlord reference check. The rent is $1200 each for either medium size room. The larger Bedroom (has two closets and private bath) rent is $1500 with utilities (except phone). Security deposit required upon move-in.
