The apartment is nicely decorated, and only the room and 1/4 bath are unfurnished. The apt has a very tropical feel, and it's a very mellow/drama-free household. Underground parking is included (gated). Rent is $ 1,430 a month, plus utilities, which range from approximately $50 a month or less, depending on the month. There is also a small dog in the house, a 4-year-old mini Goldendoodle.
No other pets, please. The complex pays for water, high-speed internet, and cable TV. The only utility bill is electricity, which is evenly divided.

The female roommate is in their late 20s, and the male is in his mid-30s and works in real estate; the other works for Scripps in a lab. Looking for a clean/responsible, upbeat person who doesn't bring the party home, but likes to be outgoing, have a wine night, or hang out from time to time. Please send a little description of yourself and what you are like.
The lease is month-to-month, but we would prefer someone who enjoys living close to the beach, is laidback, and truly enjoys where they live for a longer term. Units in this complex don't come up often, and we usually get many inquiries when they're available.
