You must be NEAT responsible and your looking for a place to call home not just rent a room and hide in it all day. Well look no more because you have JUST found it!
The rent is $1,200 for 1 person. ONE person only. No more then 1 person and no pets.
The utilities will be split 50-50. Spectrum wireless internet, Direct TV and SDGE. Water and trash are included in rent.
The Security Deposit is $500 for 1 person.
I live in a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. It is approximately 1,100 square feet.
It is very conveniently located off the 15 freeway. Close to 56-Ted Williams Parkway and 10 minutes from the 78. It is located in North County San Diego. It's about 25 miles to downtown San Diego.
It is right next to North County Fair mall and almost walking distance to grocery stores etc. It is close to a MTA bus station as well.
About 1/2 hr from the beach. About 10 minutes to the 78 and 56. Let me know if you have any questions about this
All the appliances are stainless steel. I also have a large size washer and dryer
The unit is located in the back of the complex so it is QUIET FOOT TRAFFIC ONLY
There are 2 swimming pools (heated) a jacuzzi (conveniently located about a 15 second walk from front door) small gym and tennis courts.
The grounds are kept immaculate and is in a park like setting.
Pine trees and lots of plants in landscaping is always kept up.
You will have your own assigned uncovered parking space and private FULL bathroom.
A little about me. I am self employed have 2 jobs and always VERY VERY BUSY! I am constantly traveling out of town for work and play.
I am a very energetic, friendly, neat and organized very hard working entrepreneur. I also like my quiet time as well since I'm such a hard worker. I am a Professional Organizer so I want a CLEAN and NEAT roommate. I can't stress this enough. You must (SHARE) to keep this condo clean or you will be charged a cleaning fee.
I actually prefer males as they usually ding have much as I don't have ANY STORAGE Everything that's yours MUST be kept in your room.
PLEASE NOTE GUYS: Check with your girlfriend, significant other etc FIRST before you inquire about being my roommate. This has been a HUGE issue in the past so make sure they are okay with it first.
You MUST have good credit, good credit is a MUST.
The unit is entirely furnished EXCEPT for your bedroom.
Your bedroom is 10 ft by 10 1/2
What ever you bring with you must stay in your room including kitchen items. No, dishes, cups, pots or pans. I have all that.
The style of the condo is light wood, stainless steel contemporary. Think Italian like or similar NOT country. The living room has vaulted ceilings and the fireplace is gas with crushed glass. Your bedroom has 1 small closet with double sliding French doors and adjustable shelves. There is also a few adjustable shelves on the wall.
The kitchen has just about every pot pan and gadget you can think of. Feel free to cook all your meals but you must clean up after yourself. I also have a TV and there is a LARGE washer and dryer that you are more then welcome to use ANYTIME. :o) There's also a security system for the condo as well.
I have Spectrum wireless internet and Direct TV with no premium cable channels. I am a biiig baseball fan so when I am home I am usually watching the game or listening to sports radio GO PADRES!!!
I will not give a discount on utilities if you don't watch TV or if you don't have a computer?
Seriously these are issues that have come up in the past...
You MUST share with keeping our place clean! This includes keeping the kitchen, dining room and living clean. Vacuuming and occasionally mopping the kitchen floor and taking out the trash or you will be charged a minimum of $30 for a cleaning fee monthly if you do not clean.
I will NOT clean up after you and we do not have a maid. When I'm gone I want to come home to a CLEAN condo. 🙂
