Looking for a new roommate. Will require a signed 6 month lease and deposit. No month to month.
Room is available on Feb 1st.
2 story 4bd 2 1/2 bath located in central Poway. Shared bath with 2 other gents. We are all pretty laid back but are working professionals 30s-40s. All clean people.
Pretty much everyone keeps to themselves, but like to do things as a household every once and a while. Looking for someone that will mold well. Weekday evenings are quiet as we all work early during the week.
House is fully furnished (bedroom is not) with additional storage space if needed. Wifi in house, Cable TV in your room as part of utilities. Air Conditioner and Heater in house as well. Utilities run around $150-$200 a month (per person).
Looking for a great addition to our house, someone who will help around when needed, cleans and picks up after themselves. Must be employed outside of the home.
NO PETS, CHILDREN, OR COUPLES.
MUST HAVE A JOB OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE.
