I have a downstairs bedroom approximate 9.5" X 11 that is completely furnished. Room includes a Queen size bed with adjustable bed frame, dresser, nightstand and T.V. I do not pay for cable T.V. and I have a Roko unit ready to hook up. The flooring is travertine tile for easy cleaning and a throw rug. The bedroom has a full-size closet with two-layer shelving. The bathroom is in the hallway and is the main bathroom for downstairs and would be shared with any other renters I may take on. I keep this bathroom very clean. You may use the pool and outdoor space but no use of my BBQ's. I run my business out of the house but usual only work a few hours in the morning. There is a washer and drying in the garage, but you must provide your own laundry detergent and laundry supplies. You would have full use of the kitchen and have all the utensils, pots and pans for your use. Cleaning up after yourself is a must. I'll clear out space in my large pantry and you will have your own dedicated shelving. I have two refrigerators as well. Parking is street parking. I have a very friendly and large dog on the premises and two cats which will be here for a few months. NO other animals will be allowed. I'm looking for a quiet person No loud music or parties or sleep overs allowed.
