A few notes to please read through before contacting us here: My name is Stefan and I'm a live-in life coach and sobriety coach for my good friend Steve who is the homeowner here. He's 74yo, yet very active, fit and healthy, but I'm now helping him get back on his feet after the loss of his wife of 55 years to an 8 year battle with Alzheimer's. He has been sober off and on and working on a new lifestyle change.
The reason I explain this unique rental situation in detail is that you "must" understand, respect and be okay with the "sobriety" situation here as Steve is newly sober and working in recovery to go to AA meetings, learn the steps and start a new life all around. As it's time to..."End One Life & Begin Another!" :)
If this is okay with you feel free to reach out. Male or female, either way, but would prefer 30's, 40's, 50's, meaning, someone who is active, busy, has work, always on the go, not home a lot, and quietly respectful when home. Also: **No Kids. No Pets. No Drama** and No overnight guests as well :) Hope this connects and you understand and know where I coming from and what we're seeking.

***$1,300 for rent + $200 that cover all utilities: Unlimited high-speed internet, cable, electric, gas, water/trash/sewage and Washer/Dryer on-site. Fully stocked kitchen with everything included, pots/pans, silverware, etc. and fully furnished "living environment" (but not the room. Room has a dresser if needed, but everything else you'll need to bring in yourself).
Note: $1,500 deposit, work/background check required, along with last 2 paychecks or bank statement if you're a 1099.
Also, keep in mind as well, that this is month-to-month and open for immediate move-in if we have a mutual good fit.
