The room is upstairs and has cable TV, internet, and all utilities are included in rent which is $900/rent and $100 utilities for a total of $1,000/mo. (payable when you move in).
There is a small refrigerator in the room for your use.
Share the bathroom with just one person (me). I keep it very clean and tidy all the time.
Prefer someone who does not cook (or at least does not cook very often.)
Perfer someone who works full time outside the home.
Laundry privileges are included.
No drinking, drugs, or smoking. No overnight guests. No couples. No pets.
I am looking for someone who is clean, well-mannered, polite, and respectful.
A little about me: I am an older, white, male and I rent rooms in my home. My home is quiet most of the time with two exceptions: I have a pool table. Sometimes I play two or three evenings a month-- and some months I don't play at all. But I will usually play until about 9 in the evening when I do play.
I also have a drum set in my private home studio and I usually play on Saturdays between 5 and 8 p.m. for about two hours. Otherwise, my home is very quiet. It is not a party home in any way, shape, or form. But the renter would have to be able to tolerate the issues described above.
I provide new bedding for the room and bath towels for your use.
