Large bedroom with attached bathroom in a recently remodeled 4 bedroom/3 bath house with pool and large backyard. There is only one other person in the house (me). The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Room will be available December 1 (I'm finishing the bathroom up now). Full house privlages, and with two full living rooms, should have plenty of space to relax. Safe space to store motorcycles.

I'm looking for a male roommate that is chill. I've had roommates before, and have had all of great ones, and hope for finding a similar roommate. Friendly environment to all, except for heavy drugs or smoking inside.
